Registration

1) Which countries are eligible to participate in EcoEletroniC?

 All people with 16 years and older from all countries are eligible to join EcoEletroniC. In cases of suspect, we may ask for your ID and other documents to verify your identity, address and age. EcoEletroniC is not liable for any tax or licensing to operate or for conducting business with you in your country or locality.

2) How do I register and start?

 Registering is simple and totally free! You just need to enter your requested details on the Join Now form, then follow the instructions sent to your Email to complete the registration process.

3) Can a member have multiple accounts in EcoEletroniC?

 No, each person can only create a single account, multiple accounts for an individual member is strictly prohibited in our system. We may ask your ID and other documents to verify your identity, address, age and authenticity of your account. Violation of this rule will result in the termination of all EcoEletroniC services and deactivation of the account(s) with or without the notification.

4) Can my family and I use the same computer to register and access accounts?

 Yes, you and your family members can use the same computer for both registering and accessing accounts. However, each member will need to have their own account, as multiple accounts for a single member are strictly prohibited.

5) Can more than one person use the same Internet and IP address to create new accounts ?

 Yes, but if detected an excessive amount of new accounts from the same IP address, our system can block the access during the next 48 hours.

6) I want to create an account in a particular payment system, but am not sure how this is done?

 It is fairly easy to open an account with any of the payment methods accepted by EcoEletroniC. If you are having any difficulties registering with a particular system, try searching for instructional videos on YouTube by entering the payment system’s name in the search field. The videos will explain the registration and money handling processes in detail.

Login

1) I forgot my account password. What can I do?

 Use the password reset option available.

2) I forgot which e-mail address I had used for registering in the system. What can I do?

Contact our customer support via email support. In this case, you may need to provide as many details as possible to help verify your identity. The common method is to provide your deposit transaction details, so do not forget to send this information in the support email.

3) I no longer have access to the e-mail account that I used for registration in the system. Can you change the e-mail in my account?

 Unfortunately, that is not possible. It is your responsibility to ensure that your email and payment method accounts are secure. However, EcoEletroniC has a default security feature which allows withdrawing profit into the same payment system(s) account that you used for your deposit(s).

Deposit

1) How do I make a Deposit so I can invest?

 Go to your Dashboard, Select Wallet and follow the instructions available on screen until your deposit be validated in EcoEletroniC system. Your deposit will be confirmed within 24 hours. After confirmation of deposit, click in Investment, select the plan and click in Make Deposit to invest the amount available in your wallet..

2) What are the Deposit Limits and Fees in EcoEletroniC?

 The applicable limits and fees are shown on the Limits and Fees page.

3) Can I make multiple deposits using different payment systems?

 Yes, you can. Keep in mind that whichever payment system you use for an investment; your withdrawals will be sent to that same respective payment system. You can keep track of your withdrawal history on the Withdrawal page, as well as in your payment system account.

4) The amount that I had deposited or withdrawn is less than what I had expected. Was I charged fees?

 Fees are charged for deposits in accordance with exchangers, brokers, swaps, payment systems and transactions.

5) I have a missing Deposit. What should I do?

 Missing deposits need to be reported within 7 days to the EcoEletroniC Helpdesk. Choose the “Deposit” ticket type and include all the relevant details: reference/batch/transaction numbers, your payment processor id and the deposit amount. Please wait for a response from support before replying, to retain the position of your ticket in the queue.

Profit and Returns

1) How much will be my total return when making an investment in EcoEletroniC?

 The return will be according to the recycling plan choosed.

 Example: Platinum Plan, investment of 500 USD return of 1.60% daily for 90 days. Return of 720 USD (144%, 100% investment 500USD and 44% profit 220 USD) in the plane of the end.

2) How much are the returns that I can receive daily?

 All investment plans have daily return.

Investment

1) How do I make an Investment?

 Go to your Dashboard, click on Invest to use your deposited funds or to use your transferred profits/commissions from the respective wallet and choose one of our investment plans.

2) Is it possible to invest into more than one plan?

 Yes, simply choose the investment plan that interest you.

3) Is there a compounding option in EcoEletroniC?

 We do not have this option in our investment plans.

4) What are the investment limits?

 Our investment limits are in accordance with the selected plan, divided into limits. The minimum and maximum investment are copper and gold plans, respectively.

Transfer

1) How do I transfer my Profit Available so I can invest or withdraw?

 Go to your Dashboard, click on Transfer and there you will see investments that have recently given you returns above $2.50 that are eligible for transfers. After transferring to your wallet, you can again invest or withdraw to payment method instantly. Your “Profit Available” is defined as all returns recently given from all active investments above $0.00.

2) Can I transfer and withdraw profits/commissions from my new investments?

 Yes, you can transfer profit/commissions any time instantly to your internal wallet as soon as you have minimum transfer amount.

3) I have less than the minimum transfer amount required and it’s last part of my profit. Will I be able to transfer this amount?

 As its a last part of your investment, there is no limit to transfer funds to your internal wallet.

4) When will I receive my withdrawal?

 Each withdrawal undergoes internal auditing before being processed to further increase additional security in operations.

5) Is there a waiting time before withdrawing?

 After you have transferred your Profit Available/Commissions to your EcoEletroniC wallet, you can withdraw it to your respective payment method account within 48 hours. The minimum amount to withdraw is $5.

6) When I deposit using one payment system, can I withdraw into another payment system?

 No, this is not possible due to our AML policy, as we are fully compliant to local regulatory authorities. This is also needed to correctly balance and record funds from deposits, investments, transfers, withdrawals and commissions.

7) What are the Withdrawal Limits and Fees in EcoEletroniC?

 Withdrawal fees include, but are not limited to payment method transaction fees in the company/merchant account, e-currency conversion fees, bank transfer fees, trading swap fees, trading platform account withdrawal fees and exchangers. These fees can vary so from time to time, your withdrawal fees are revised to reflect what the company account must pay.

8) I have more than the minimum withdrawal amount in the Profit Available. Why I am not able to withdraw this exact amount?

 Your “Profit Available” is the total returns from all your active investments over $5.00. To withdraw, you must first transfer returns and/or commissions to your wallet.

9) I have pending/missing withdrawal. What should I do?

 This rare occurrence is due to a server communication error between the servers of the payment method and EcoEletroniC. Please wait up to 5-15 minutes before reporting via support ticket, choosing the appropriate ticket type. You must be report this issue in a ticket within 7 days and provide all the necessary details in your ticket and wait for a response before replying, which under normal circumstances within 24-48 hours.

10) Although I received my withdrawal in my payment method account, but this same amount is shown as pending on my withdrawal page. What should I do about this error?

 You can send your received transaction details via support ticket, we can update it to completed transaction. Daily audits are performed to correct such transaction errors. However, it is your responsibility to report such issues via support ticket. After correcting this issue, it is possible that your account show a negative balance having more withdrawn than earned, which is normal.

Referral System

1) Does EcoEletroniC have a referral system?

 Yes, but you will need have to have a minimum investment of 10 USD for give him a charge of 4.0% and investment of 1000USD to be entitled to 7.0%.

2) How do I withdraw or use my referral commissions to make a new investment?

 You will first need to transfer your referral commissions to the wallet. A minimum amount of $5.00 commission is required for transfers. To transfer your commissions.

3) Why did not I get my referral commission transferring my profit for a new investment?

 Commissions are not given to sponsors when investments are made with transferred funds.

4) Do you provide multi-level referral commissions?

 No, there is only one Level of referrals and commissions in EcoEletroniC.

5) Can I change my sponsor?

 Yes, you can change it yourself in your profile, but only if you have not yet made a deposit.

Payment Methods

1) Which e-currencies are accepted in EcoEletroniC?

 The accepted payment methods in EcoEletroniC are Perfect Money, Bitcoin and Payeer.

2) I do not have funds on any of the payment systems you accept. Can I use PayPal, Payza, btc-e, Bitcoin or my VISA / MasterCard?

 It is very easy to transfer funds from one payment system to another using exchange sites. Some exchange sites allow funding using credit cards and wire transfers. Exchange sites can be easily found by performing a Google search.

Beware! Individual "brokers" offering exchange services on social network websites or via Skype are highly likely to be fraudulent.

3) Can EcoEletroniC help to exchange e-currency in different payment processor?

 At this time, we do not offer this option.

4) Do you directly accept Bitcoin?

 Yes, when choosing the payment method let the portfolio to be deposited.

5) Can I change my payment method ID in my account?

 It is possible for members based on your case that need to change payment method account. When you are a EcoEletroniC member, only after all the investment(s)already paid then you your old wallet balance be transferred to new wallet balance. This is applicable for hacked account, country not supported by payment method.

6) How can I add my payment method ID in my EcoEletroniC wallet?

 You can go to add account ID in your Wallet.

7) I need to remove/change payment method accounts, how can I do that?

 Accounts that are used to do any transaction like deposit, withdraw commissions are linked with transaction record. As a result, it is not possible to remove/change in MS system due to compliance and technical issue.

Testimonials

1) What is a Member Testimonial?

 It is an expert user intending to share with other members like you who have been using EcoEletroniC. Your testimonial may be positive or negative based on your own personal view.

2) What is the benefit of writing a testimonial?

 After you submitting your testimonial, it will be reviewed and published on the website, along with a Join Me button. New website visitors who read about your experience in EcoEletroniC can sign up as your referral giving you referral commissions when they make new deposits.

3) I have updated my testimonial, but it is not published?

 Whenever you update it, staff member need to see it and approve it. So till it gets approved your old testimonial is shown.

 The EcoEletroniC Facebook Group is a closed group with independent members. Any existing member who is already in that group can add you.

3) Are the Facebook Group admins staff or owners of EcoEletroniC?

 No, they are not. The Facebook group is an independent group of members who volunteer for positive interaction, expert user, share ideas and assist other members. This group can also help with solutions and feedback for EcoEletroniC to make EcoEletroniC better for all.

 EcoEletroniC is not a site running by a person or administrator. It is a company designed to recycle noble metals from electronic equipments and components. Other staff working from around the world via online. We have a confidentiality policy not to disclose the owner and staffs details in public.

2) I have not found an answer to my question. What should I do?
